THE STORY BEHIND THE ARTIST
Sara, known as Medusa in the tattoo world, is an artist born in Faro, with her childhood spent in Alentejo. Claims to be one of the reasons that makes her fascinated by botanical fluidity. Her academic background has always been around the Arts. From high school to the admission to the Faculty of Architecture of the University of Lisbon in the Fashion Design course. She soon realizes that fashion isn't what makes her heart beat and that's when she turns her life upside down and becomes a tattoo apprentice, the old-fashioned way with portfolio presentation and reel machine in her hands. Her style navigates between fineline, blackwork and dotwork. On her ups and downs journey she quickly realizes that being part of an individual's self-expression ritual is inexplicably magical and her greatest passion.
